Formerly a corporate finance executive for Fortune 100 companies, I came to shamanism after developing extensive, serious chronic health issues. After a long journey to health, which included spiritual, physical and emotional healing, I launched my practice to help others on their journeys.

Today, I am a shamanic practitioner, trained primarily in Quechuan shamanism and core shamanism. As a graduate of Green Tara College's extensive shamanic practitioner training program, I received the Mosoq Karpay initiation from Don Francisco Apaza and Don Ricardo Apaza from the Q'ero village of Kolpa Kuchu, which qualified me as a P’aqo in the Kiku lineage. My spiritual studies have also included the Mayan tradition of Don Elijio through the Arvigo Institute, featherwork in the tradition of Garrett Duncan (Dine), reiki, tarot and I Ching. Outside of spiritual studies, I received my B.A. from Dartmouth College, M.B.A. from Duke University and trained in coaching with the school of International Professional Excellence in Coaching school.

My offerings include general cleansing, space clearing, energetic attachment removal, extraction, soul retrieval, ancestral healing, despacho, featherwork and healing through song and drumming.

When working with clients, I draw from the wisdom and techniques of many teachers from traditions around the world. I am deeply grateful to the communities and people who taught me for sharing their wisdom, empowering my own healing and allowing me to bring it to you.
