Walking the Red Road refers to Living in an Indigenous Traditional Way. It is a way of life that we practice every day. Mitakuye Oyasin are Lakota words often translated to mean “All Our Relations,” knowing that “We Are Related to All In The Web of Life” including people, animals, plants, and the environment. Spoken in Ceremony by people throughout Lakota and Native communities, it is a reflection of the Indigenous people's worldview of interconnectedness.
Although many of us have forgotten, we all come from Indigenous roots as we all come from Mother Earth. We hope that you will join us for this session of remembering the wisdom of our original instructions, of how to be human, how to allow Spirit to guide us, and how to take care of Spirit in return.
Shamans Directory Member Wolf Martinez laughs and cries loudly. First and foremost he is a Human Being. Two Legged. Two Spirited. Of Diné, Ute and Spanish descent.
