Following in the wisdom traditions of her Lakota and Germanic lineages, Shayne Case offers a guided nine month soul journey through the landscapes of our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical selves. Through a process of storytelling, meditation, plant spirit medicine making, and other embodied practices we learn to cultivate confidence and trust in ourselves, our own indigeneity and wisdom traditions, and the medicine that we are here to share.

Topics include creating healing ceremonies; plant and stone medicine making; strengthening boundaries and the nervous system; connecting with your ancestors and spiritual guides; and clearing imposter syndrome.

Mentorship 2023 is an exclusively online learning environment. This program is best suited for those who are self-motivated learners and are comfortable interfacing in an online environment. All are welcome.

About Shayne
Shayne Case is a medicine person, writer, mother, and an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Born of the forests in southwestern Germany and hand-fed by the prairie ghosts of her Lakota ancestry, Shayne derives her inspiration from these two disparate landscapes. In her private practice and well as her workshops she uses her innate gift of communicating with the spirits to help guide others towards deeper understanding, growth, and healing,
