I am a mesa carrier, practitioner, and teacher in the Andean mystical tradition and healing arts, initiated into two living lineages of Q'ero and Cusco by my primary teacher and mentor, Joan Parisi Wilcox. I have walked the Andean path for many years, studying with wonderful teachers while also deepening the mystical and intuitive capacities I have been connected with since childhood.

My work is devoted to empowering people on their journeys of remembrance and conscious evolution. Weaving Andean practices with liminal journeying, song, myth and storytelling, and intuitive insight, I guide people to attune to the deeper layers of their inner landscape - supporting them to reconnect with their luminous essence and ignite the heart’s fire. The work we do together is the art of soul tending. It is a journey towards living in wholeness and interconnectedness, and dancing with the great ceremony of life.

I carry the understanding that each of us is a ‘drop of the mystery’ who carries their own inner medicine - a source of healing, timeless wisdom, and soul gifts. This seed of pure potential is like a sacred song that can be awakened, embodied, and expressed through ceremonial practice and energetic work, and through remembering our right relationship and kinship with all living beings. Rooted in the teachings of my Andean lineages, I also work in sacred partnership and communion with the living intelligence of Pachamama. I am guided, supported, and nourished by the loving presences of nature, and by the ancestors, both past and future, who walk beside us.

Committing to this work offers an opportunity to meet life with greater clarity, presence, and trust. Over time, what feels stuck, heavy, or fragmented can soften as energies harmonise, coherence is restored, and patterns of limitation can be understood and reimagined - allowing a more joyous and authentic relationship with the whole self to emerge.

Based in lutruwita/Tasmania, I work with people around the world through my sacred practice, Sowelu Soul Medicine, offering 1:1 sessions, classes, workshops, and immersion programs - both in person and online.
