I have provided cultural teachings with healing practices to the community for many years. I have a background working in social services for more then 14 years supporting a diverse global population, holding one on one sessions and facilitating Talking, Healing and Restorative Justice Circles. The services that I offer are unique to the individual and situation. I am a yoga and meditation teacher who walks the Red Road. There are many teachings and many ways. I am grateful for what I have been taught and have permission from my Elders to share.

Healing Services:

Healing Sessions are provided using a traditional practice that was gifted to me by calling on the essence of plants and the elements for healing through energy work. These sessions are approximately 1 hour long. The 7 Sacred Teaching program teaches this healing modality for self healing.

Restorative Justice Circles - Restorative Justice circles are offered to families. They are held when something has gone off course in the family unit. They are a way for everyone to be heard. They are used to gain understanding and insight into a situation where someone may have been hurt. They are a way to be accountable, develop greater listening skills and compassion. A commitment is made for how to go forward in a way that benefits everyone involved. A letting go ceremony is included with the circle. Restorative Justice Circles are by donation.

Healing Circles - are offered to both individuals and families. Circles can be booked together or separately. The purpose of these circles are to communicate in a way in which everyone can be heard. A traditional healing circle is to assist a group release whatever may be holding you back so you can move forward with clarity. They are an opportunity to move forward in a good way. Healing Circles include a letting go ceremony.

Letting Go Ceremonies are offered to both individuals and families. Letting Go ceremonies are a part of both circles but can be held one their own. They are a way of releasing, moving forward or honoring when we feel we have lost something in our life.  They heal on many levels and allow for personal growth.

Shaker/Rattle Making Workshops are offered in person or over ZOOM. It is believed that when we use the shaker or rattle it carries the strength of a thousand drums. Create your own shaker to use as a healing.
