I am a licensed mental health therapist based in Portland, offering services both locally and globally. My work bridges the psychological and spiritual through an integrative approach shaped by years of clinical training, personal practice, and initiatory experience within Andean shamanic traditions.

While I have trained in a variety of healing modalities and traditions, I was initiated as a Pampamesayoq P’aqo through the teachings of Majella Fagan, who studied with Juan Nuñez del Prado and the lineage of Don Benito. I have also studied with Owen Roberts, whose teachers included Don Francisco and Don Roberto, students of Don Sebastian. In addition, I completed a Mosoq Karpay in Peru with a group of Q’ero Paqos under the guidance of Juan Nuñez del Prado and Iván Nuñez del Prado.

My path has been devoted to exploring the relationship between psyche, spirit, embodiment, and healing. Drawing from both psychological understanding and shamanic practice, I support individuals in reconnecting with meaning, inner wisdom, and authentic alignment. The integration of therapy and shamanic work offers a unique foundation for healing—honoring both the emotional and spiritual dimensions of human experience. By combining grounded psychological insight with ceremonial and energetic practices, I am able to support clients in ways that are both deeply transformative and responsibly held.

My work is grounded, compassionate, and oriented toward helping people navigate transformation with integrity and depth. I consider my practice an ongoing expression of the many teachings I have received, woven together into a form of personal medicine in service to the communities I work with.
