I've been practicing shamanism since 1993. In 2002, I began offering divination, soul and power restoration, and extraction work. In 2007, I added depossession, curse unraveling, and ancestral lineage clearing and restoration. I have also added Nature Reconnection. My own amazing helping spirits have been among my greatest teachers. I have also studied with quite a few "ordinary reality" teachers, the primary ones being the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and Betsy Bergstrom of SpiritWise.

I've completed most of the Foundation's trainings, including the 2-week intensive in 2001 and the Three-Year Training in 2016-2018. A Foundation teacher recommended Betsy Bergstrom. I've taken a two-year and a separate one-year training plus an additional 210 hours of training with her and I am I am to teach her beautiful and unique depossession approach. I make it a point to repeat trainings as needed to stay up to date with my teachers.

In 2007, I began hosting a shamanic journey group that meets monthly and also began teaching workshops in basic, intermediate, and advanced shamanism. My personal shamanic practice is North European to honor my British and North European ancestors, but I teach from a cross-cultural shamanic cosmology so that students can apply it to their own practice.
