Lesse Laizer

Maasai Elder
Tanzania

Lesse Laizer was born in the traditional Maasai village of Ngabobo, in Arusha Tanzania. Through pursing the English language and many years of formal education in business and tourism, his life made a quantum leap. Today, proficient in several languages, Lesse manages the Africa Amini Original Maasai lodge and travels the world representing the lodge and the Maasai people at international events. Engaging with guests from around the globe both at the lodge and in his travels, Lesse sees himself as a bridge between cultures, while at the same time remaining fully connected to his Maasai blood.

The Africa Amini Original Maasai lodge is a traditionally designed accommodation built and run by the Maasai. The lodge is an ideal location for those who are visiting Tanzania for respite, Safari, or to engage in Africa Aminiā€™s many social projects.

Due to the demanding nature of his job, Lesse is unable to see clients individually, but welcomes inquiries about visiting Tanzania in order to get to know the Maasai people and participate in many of the social projects supported buy the Lodge.

LESSE LAIZER IS A MEMBER OF THE SHAMANS DIRECTORY ELDERšŸ¦…COUNSEL

The Shamans Directory ElderCounsel, inspired by The Four Worlds International Institute, provides access to Indigenous Tribes, Shamanic Earth-Based Healers, and Traditional Teachers for agencies and people from all walks of life. We work with Indigenous people to bring their medicines forward in response to the prophecy of the 7th and 8th fire,* while providing support to those who are seeking these teachings and healing practices.

Shamans Directory ElderCounsel members are recognized healers and teachers within their communities. Each member has 20 years or more of experience providing Traditional healing and/or teachings and have the permission of their Elders to bring their teachings forward. In addition, each Member also brings professional experience from working in the field of human services.

Many agencies such as Community Health Centers, Shelters, Child Welfare, Hospitals, Military Services, Addiction and Trauma Recovery Services are seeking Traditional healers and teachers. If you are such an organization, we are glad that you found yourself here. TypingĀ ElderCounselĀ into our search bar will enable you to see the Traditional healers and teachers who are available to you through our site. ElderCounsel members are available to all people, inside and outside of Indigenous communities.
