My approach to Shamanic Healing is analytical as well as compassionate and I strive to get to the heart of the matter and find the most efficient way to work with the client's energy field, always listening to the client and to spirit, to my shamanic allies and following what is needed in the moment. I use many tools to help a person’s energy to flow well again – removal of heavy energy, extraction, soul retrieval, guided meditation. We explore how karmic, ancestral and biographical factors may be impacting a person and pay attention to how when your energy is not flowing smoothly this makes you more susceptible to outside influences which may come from other people or your environment. We look at the whole picture: emotional, energetic, psycho-spiritual, physical, family, culture.

Above all my work is fuelled by the power and grace of mother earth, the nature beings and different aspects of the life-force. As a Sacred Activist I lead River Blessings and these attract people from all walks: Mayors, scientists, politicians, councilors, clergy, Priests, Shamanic celebrants, Druids, Buddhists...as we come together to deepen our relationship with water and rivers as sentient beings. As a Sacred Earth Activist I have led many ceremonies as a part of environmental activism, bringing the sacred to the political.

I teach “Natural Power Course”, “Shaman, Dreamer, Witch” and “Munay Ki” which participants find very helpful in unlocking their own innate power. I also teach about our aboriginal spiritual heritage in Old Europe and how this reinforms a connection to ancestry. It's an enormous honour and humbling to witness the breakthroughs in people as they engage with this profound work.

The work is very grounding and restorative with potential for profound change. I encourage clients to take their healing journey at their own pace as they integrate the changes in their energy body. I offer transmissions either as a part of the healing process or as a stand-alone series for those who wish to incorporate them into their spiritual development. I teach a lot of shadow-work and context around these transmissions better to 'till the soil' for receiving the energetic downloads. I offer regular community fire ceremonies, guided meditation, apprenticeships, workshops, Rites of Passage, Haywariquy (Despacho) ceremonies for all occasions, for groups as well as individuals.

I am passionate about the importance for humanity to listen to the wisdom-keepers of intact cultures who wish to share their message with us at this critical time. I am deeply interested in the similarities as well as the differences between Shamanic cultures and what they can teach me about relating to my own land in a more authentic way. My cosmovision is underpinned by that of the Q'ero in relation to my land/history.

I am registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and have been practising for 30 years. My Shamanic training started with Jack & Jan Angelo in the UK. I spent three years training with the Four Winds 2005-08 with Alberto Villoldo and Linda Fitch. In 2019 I completed the Hatun Karpay (indoors) with Juan & Ivan Nunez del Prado and in 2021 I completed a year's training with Elizabeth Jenkins and the Global Paqo School. In 2005 Dona Maria Apaza, an Alto Mesayoq, gave me the N’usta karpay and she said to me ‘you must make sense of this work in your own land’. I am deeply indebted to all my teachers, above all the Q’ero masters. Their unbroken lineage provides an elegant framework for understanding the world of living energy and this gives us practical tools for spiritual development. Their wisdom teachings also offer us a blueprint for an embodied experience as we pick up the traces of our aboriginal spiritual heritage in Old Europe. Our connection is broken by successive power-over cultures. However the aboriginal knowledge and connection to earth which our ancestors once knew is still there in our DNA, and in the ether, and I find that the Q’ero cosmovision helps us to reunite with our own indigenous wisdom as I come to know the markings on the land where I live and look beneath the myths and stories handed down over millenia.
