Juniper Stokes, MA, is a shamanic practitioner who has been guiding others back to the heart of who they are and why they’re here for over two decades. Practicing at the convergence of multiple shamanic lineages, Juniper’s path includes a three-year practitioner training in core shamanism, a two-year shamanic teacher training with Sandra Ingerman, several years of study in Norse and Egyptian shamanism with Betsy Bergstrom, ongoing mentorship in Taoist shamanism with Jessika Siorai, and extensive training in Greco-Roman shamanism with Merlin Kenney. A certified coach, Juniper creates safe, grounded containers for deep transformation, allowing students and clients to access their own spiritual gifts.
Motivated by a desire to make shamanic wisdom accessible and relevant to modern seekers, Juniper offers a rich array of trainings and resources throughout the year. Her signature offering, "Wild Alchemy: Partnering with the Spirits od Nature" is a shamanic training rooted in the belief that the wild world reflects your own wildness back to you — and that reclaiming this wild nature is key to healing, joy, and deeper purpose.
Additional workshop topics include:
- An Introduction to Shamanism
- The Spirit Animal Workshop
- A Shamanic Guide to Illness & Health (FREE class)
- The Art of Psychopomp
- Soul Retrieval: The Shamanic Art of Becoming Whole
- Working with Foreign Energy: Thoughtforms, Intrusions, Extractions, and Curses
… and more
Many of Juniper’s resources are available at no cost.
Her next 18-month Shamanic Practitioner Training begins in March 2026.
In addition to her shamanic work, Juniper is deeply rooted in the world of botanical alchemy. She is a clinically certified aromatherapist, folk medicine herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and natural perfumer, with extensive study in both Eastern and Western alchemical traditions.
