She is a devoted guide, facilitating deep soul work, healing and integration to end cycles of generational trauma, and to restore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual harmony. Shamanic Apprenticeship and Training
Jessica is a dedicated and passionate shamanic practitioner, deeply immersed in the lineage of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. Jessica's journey into shamanic practices began in the spring of 2021, marked by profound mystical encounters and a profound bond with nature. Her commitment to the path of shamanism was strengthened when she began a foundational shamanic apprenticeship through The Heart of The Healer, under the guidance of Thomas Mock in Vermont, starting July 30, 2021. This experience laid the groundwork for her deep engagement with the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition, guided by don Oscar Miro Quesada.

Jessica's commitment to her spiritual path is evidenced by her extensive training and certifications. In June 2022, she embarked on a comprehensive program with the Four Winds, culminating in the completion of a 300-hour Advanced Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner certification by December 2022. Her dedication was further recognized when she was sanctioned as a teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition by don Oscar Miro Quesada in December 2022.

Jessica has sought the guidance of esteemed mentors throughout her journey. In September 2022 and January 2023, she participated in in-person apprenticeships with don Oscar Miro Quesada at Menla in Phoenicia, New York, and at Sedona Mago. These experiences not only deepened her understanding, but also her ceremonial skills. At the Sedona apprenticeship in 2023, she was invited by don Oscar Miro Quesada to co-facilitate a despacho ceremony contributing the medicine of her story of surrender, and sharing the blessings of cacao. Following the apprenticeship in Sedona, Jessica engaged with shamanic star wisdom in service to the Collective as a dedicated participant in the 13-moon star posture monthly meditation practice in 2023 and 2024, and current RAMA Mission solar and lunar meditations beginning in 2024. Expanding her knowledge and skill set, she completed an online intensive “Becoming The Three Suns” apprenticeship with don Oscar Miro Quesada Solevo in December 2023, and a Vara and Seguro training with Garry Caudill in May 2024. Her continuous learning and application of shamanic practices demonstrate her dedication to her craft.

Leadership and Ceremonial Work
Jessica's role as an educator and leader is a testament to her expertise and passion for sharing the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. In May 2023, she initiated her first Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Foundational Apprenticeship Series in Providence, Rhode Island, followed by a second series in Bozeman, Montana, later that summer. Her ability to inspire and nurture her students is evident in the successful completion of these programs in August 2024. In 2026, she will be uniting with esteemed teacher, and mentor, Garry Caudill, to co-teach a foundational shamanic apprenticeship series.

Jessica's ceremonial work is central to her practice. Leading monthly full moon fire ceremonies since January 2022, Jessica shares the medine of the fire in the tradition of our ancestors, uniting around the fire to share visions of vitality and wholeness for our Earth mother, dreaming the world into being. In 2023, she transitioned these ceremonies online, broadening their reach and impact. Her ceremonial expertise was further highlighted in May 2024 when she co-created a significant three-hour ceremony during a gathering of sanctioned teachers in the San Luis Valley at the Blazing Mountain Retreat Center, and delivered a transmission she received regarding the fulfillment of the prophecy of The Eagle and The Condor. Beginning in January 2025 Jessica began leading monthly full moon fire ceremonies monthly for Wild Minnow. In addition, she leads solar ceremonies on the equinoxes, solstices, and midseason cycles; these ceremonies are designed to engage children of all ages, helping to nurture within our youth a reverence for nature, and to provide guidance for building and maintaining sacred relationship with the natural world through ceremony, ritual, and elemental offerings

Heart-Led Energy Medicine Practice
Jessica's practice as an energy medicine practitioner is deeply informed by her shamanic training and teaching lineage. She integrates breath, sacred sound, rituals, shamanic fire practices, and heart transmissions into her work, creating a holistic approach that empowers individuals to find balance and coherence within themselves.

Personal and Family Life
In addition to her shamanic work, Jessica's many passions include sacred sound, channeling, yoga, art, and most precious - her children. Jessica is a devoted single mother to three young children, who have woven themselves into the very fabric of her journey with The Heart of The Healer. They stood as her most cherished supporters during her times of rigorous study and displayed remarkable generosity in their understanding of her many weekends spent traveling for teaching and apprenticeship. Together, they embraced the harmonious dance of aligning their lives with the cycles of nature, while honoring the earth and flowing with its energy. Sharing in the role as earth stewards, they all shared in the construction of an apacheta, which they nestled tenderly beneath five majestic cedars at the edge of their yard. The children share a sweet affection for crafting despachos and sand paintings as a family, and aligning themselves with a daily practice of gratitude.

Jessica's professional journey as a shamanic practitioner and teacher is a testament to her commitment to personal growth, her deep reverence for the traditions she upholds, and her dedication to sharing the wisdom of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition with others. Her heart-led work continues to inspire and empower individuals and communities to live in harmony with themselves and the natural world.
