I work multidimensionally with my spirit guides to tap into the deepest parts of you that are ready to be reconciled. The goal of a session is to help you work through energetic and emotional layers — to access the root of an issue that is keeping you stuck in patterns. We will bring into your awareness, and move out the stagnant energies of unhealthy stories, unprocessed emotions, and outdated beliefs. These energies can be rooted in this lifetime or other lifetimes. Processing and integrating these layers can help shift your consciousness to bring balance and empower you.

My shamanic guidance has a foundation of years of training, but ultimately the sessions are spirit-led, tailored to what is needed the most at the time on your journey.  Sessions can help with addictions, ancestral issues, anger, anxiety, boundaries, bringing out your voice, creative blocks, depression, emotional overload, exploring your gifts, feeling stuck, grief, relationship issues, trauma, transitions in life, womb healing, a need for guidance, and so much more! During a session I may be guided to do ancestral work, chakra illumination, cord cutting, contract work, curse unraveling, extraction, power animal retrieval, psychopomp, shadow work, or soul retrieval.

My shamanic path has given me a deep wonderment for life and learning. I am passionate about teaching clients to connect with Mother Earth and expand their view of reality. I most enjoy witnessing what is possible when people tap into our own inner wisdom, heal their core wounds and find the fullness of their connection to all of life. I have had many amazing teachers and countless classes along my path, but my main teacher has been my own journey and the lessons I have learned along the way.
