In a time of rapid awakening and transformation, this 9-month mentorship offers a sacred container for embodied integration. Rooted in somatic therapy, inner-directed healing, trauma-informed facilitation, and deep respect for plant teachers, this journey invites you to align your life and work with your inner knowing, walking with heart-centered presence in your community and practice.

You will receive advanced teachings in psychedelic integration, and bonus content to support your embodied practice. Guided by Atira Tan, you will deepen your understanding of how to work with complex trauma imprints, including histories of abuse and neglect, through a compassionate, embodied lens.

Together, we will explore the therapeutic use of creative expression and art-based practices, group facilitation skills, and the Somatic Inquiry Model as a foundation for safe and integrative healing. Within small pods and an intimate circle, you will receive personalised mentorship, space to address your unique needs and challenges, and a supportive community to grow alongside.

Each month introduces a new theme, helping you embody trauma-informed principles across all phases of the plant medicine journey, from preparation and ceremony to deep integration.
