This special gathering offers an opportunity to honour your first Moontime — your menarche — through the sacred Maiden Rites of Gráinne, a Celtic-inspired ceremony devoted to reclaiming the powerful, youthful “I-can-do-anything” energy within.

Whether your first menstruation was celebrated, misunderstood, or left unacknowledged, this circle offers a compassionate and supportive space to consciously embrace femininity, revisiting and reimagining that pivotal transition into womanhood. You may choose to recreate your girlhood experience as you wish it had unfolded, or to celebrate and deepen gratitude for what was.

Alongside the live Zoom gathering (with recording available), you will receive beautifully curated course materials, including an exquisite Moontime Art self-ceremony to experience privately in your home or garden. Matching Soulwork invitations support you in integrating the rites at your own pace, at your chosen Moon phase.

The Maiden Rites of Gráinne are part of the Moon Mná Circle series and are open to women of all ages to retrospectively honor the transition into womanhood. Through sacred ritual, reflection, and sisterhood, you are invited to honour your cyclical wisdom and reconnect with your Celtic soul. It is time to begin.
