Sexual trauma can leave wounds that affect far more than our thoughts and memories. It can influence our sense of safety, boundaries, vitality, relationships, and connection with ourselves.

In this in-depth 20-week live video training, womb healing teacher, author, and Shamans Directory Ambassador Diana Beaulieu presents a comprehensive approach to understanding trauma through the energetic body. Drawing on formal studies in biology and psychoneuroimmunology, more than two decades of research, over 5,000 shamanic journeys, and years of working with women, Diana teaches that beneath even our deepest wounds, an original energetic blueprint of wholeness remains, naturally capable of intimacy, vitality, and a deep sense of safety and belonging.

Through her InnerWomb Method™, participants will explore compassionate pathways for restoring energetic integrity, healthy boundaries, safety, sovereignty, and life force.

For selected sessions, Diana is joined by her life and teaching partner Simon Sanud, who brings important perspectives on healthy masculine embodiment, conscious partnership, and relational healing. Together, they will explore how healing can unfold through both the feminine and masculine within ourselves, as well as in the ways we relate to another.

Designed for both trauma survivors and healing practitioners, this training offers a compassionate, embodied roadmap for restoring safety, sovereignty, and vitality while developing a more integrative lens through which to understand and accompany healing.
